The lovely Lamas and Walpole parks (with tennis courts and wild flower field) are also five min away.
Ealing Broadway (on the Elizabeth, Central Line, District Line and Rail) is 20 min walk away or a short bus ride. Central London is half an hour on the Piccadilly Line.
All tenants sign their own contract and deposits will be passed onto the Deposit Protection Scheme, so no lead tenant required.
The tenancy agreement will be for six months and the rolls on, on a monthly basis. At least one written reference from previous landlord or your employer required.
A month’s rent will be required to hold a room as a non-refundable holding deposit and the room will not be considered taken until this has been received. The holding deposits will be passed at the tenancy start date to the Deposit Protection Scheme, and you will receive confirmation that this has been done.
