Small SINGLE room to let to a professional ( female preferred) in South Ealing.

Room/House: Maisonette is spread over two floors with the room on level 1. It comes furnished with a small wardrobe, overhead cupboards, single bed, chest of drawers and a small desk and chair.. Room level has a living room, separate kitchen, and bathroom (with bath). You will share the kitchen but will have main use of the bathroom. There also is a small private garden with a decked seating area.

About us: We are a very friendly, easy going family and are looking for a mature professional female who is down-to-earth, sociable and tidy. I work from home and will be around most days. We retire early on school nights so you will have peace and quiet from around 9pm most evenings.

Transport/Amenities: The flat is on a main road but as the room is towards the rear, you will not be troubled by much road noise. South Ealing/Northfields Station is just a few minutes walk away, or the 65 bus will take you to Ealing Broadway for the Elizabeth, Central and District lines, as well as the national rail services (Heathrow Express/Paddington). The 65 bus will also take you to Kew Bridge (10 min ride) where you can catch the train to Waterloo Station. There also is the E3 to Acton/Greenford as well as the E2 to Brentford within walking distance.
Good high street with Sainsbury’s and Co-Op as well as butchers, greengrocers, chemist, launderette and restaurants within 3 mins walk.
