Hi there,

We are looking for a clean and tidy new housemate to move into our lovely three story house in South Ealing. We get along very well, for us this is our home and not just a house share so we would prefer someone friendly that is happy to socialize in occasions but that has their own personal life and friends.

THE HOUSE
* A good-sized, 3-story house in a quiet leafy close in South Ealing - very safe area
* Modern house with hard-wood floors and good quality furniture
* Large kitchen with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, plenty of storage space, 2 fridges/freezers, 2 ovens)
* Lounge with leather sofas, coffee table and extendable dining table
* Bathroom with toilet, shower/bath
* Extra toilet room
* Good storage including airing cupboard and under-stairs cupboard
* Backyard with patio furniture ideal for BBQs in the summer

THE ROOM
* Good size single room
* Facing the backyard/garden
* Located on the second floor
* Includes a single bed, a wooden wardrobe and a small bookcase

THE LOCATION
* 10 min walk to either South Ealing or Acton Town station (Picadilly Line)
* 15 min walk to Ealing Broadway
* Very nice and safe - family area
* Supermarkets in Ealing Broadway or Acton town and all sort of shops and bars
* Gunnersbury park is less than a 5 min walk
* Bus stop just 4 mins away to Acton and Chiswick

YOU
* Female 30+ years old (to keep a balance in the house)
* Preferably non smoker (though we have a patio so it is fine to smoke there!)
* Clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of housemates!
* Willing to chip in with household duties and buying shared supplies, etc.
* Preferably not working from home

THE HOUSEMATES
* 3 other housemates, 2 males and 1 female - Bulgarian, Czech and Polish professionals in their mid 30s and early 40s
* Clean, tidy and respectful of the others
All the bills are included - internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax.
