We are two tidy ladies who enjoy living in a warm and cosy home. We are open to a new male or female house mate who prefers order to chaos! Your room at the top of the house is spacious, light and airy and has a great shower room. Take your morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy the rose garden and its abundant wildlife. BBQs in the summer and loungers to soak up the sun. This is a real home with working fireplace and artwork and sculptures scattered throughout. You have access to the whole property including kitchen and open plan living area. Retire when you want to a large bedroom with futon sofa, and double bed (new mattress). Lots of storage. Ensuite shower room with power shower. Moroccan carpets and throws give the room character. A futon bed provides seating and room for extra guest to stay over.

A cleaner comes in weekly to care for the common areas, and is available to clean your room or iron if required. Tumble dryer and washing machine.

The large and spacious double room is private and very quiet, set apart from the rest of the house up a flight of stairs. 5 minutes walk to South Ealing and Piccadilly Line/10 minutes to Elizabeth Line Ealing Broadway
