Hey there! We’re Lisanne (29) & Virginia (31).

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us from mid-March (the date can be slightly flexible and could be earlier).

The house is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to South Ealing station (Piccadilly line) and a 15-minute walk to Ealing Broadway (District, Central, and Elizabeth lines).

Here’s what you’ll love about our home:

• Large kitchen: With dining table, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, and a new fridge
• Bathroom: 1 separate toilet + 1 bathroom with toilet and bath/shower

💷 Rent: £945 per month
💡 Bills: approx. £110–130 per month

A bit about us:

Lisanne works in healthcare in an on-site role, and I work in supply chain in a hybrid role. We both enjoy a friendly and sociable atmosphere. We're looking for a professional who's happy to have a chat while cooking or watching TV together but also respects our privacy.

Cleanliness is very important to us, so we'd love to have someone considerate who helps keep our shared spaces tidy. We follow a weekly cleaning rota for shared areas to keep the flat pleasant for everyone.
