Large bright furnished double room available from beginning of June in friendly mixed gender/sexuality house share for single occupancy near South Ealing tube (Piccadilly Line). £875 pcm incl all bills and wifi. One month’s rent as deposit and references req. Friendly live-out landlord and separate tenancy agreements for all flatmates. Landlord doesn’t accept benefits or universal credit. No level access to house, one step into property and 16 steps to first floor where the room is located. Large double kitchen with two ovens and hobs, two washing machines, two fridges, shared between 5 (though it rarely gets too busy). To share a bathroom with two males. We’re a friendly group of many professions (acting, nursing, hairdressing, cabin crew) and ages between 24 and 44. We’re looking for someone nice, clean and chill. We’re not a big party house but we hang out and chat sometimes and have the occasional BBQ in our nice sunny garden space when the weather is nice. No pets allowed unfortunately. Off street parking in driveway.
