Hi all!

Our flatmate Hannah is off to Switzerland so we are looking for a friendly, respectful and easy-going gal to join us in our cute little flat in South Ealing!

This flat is bright, homey and very affordable given the location and how well the landlord has maintained the place for us (honestly, neither of us have ever had a landlord who is so friendly and on top of things!)

We are incredibly well connected. South Ealing and Northfields station (both on the Piccadilly line) are only a 10min walk away. You can also catch the District, Central and Elizabeth line from Ealing Broadway, which is a 15min bus ride away.

As we have a number of corner shops and a Co-op within a 10min radius, you’ll never run out of essentials. Ealing is also buzzing with restaurants, and bars.

THE HOUSEMATES :)
Kate is from the UK and works in healthcare as a speech therapist, so she works onsite during the week and is around in the evenings. Nikoletta is Greek/Austrian and works in theatre. She often works from home, but is often out in the evenings (you may find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes).

Our schedules are quite different, so we don’t get to hang out as much as we like, but we love having the occasional joint dinner or a Sunday TV binge over tea and ice cream.

YOU:
We are looking for someone clean who will treat the flat with respect and care. We really love it here, so we want the person joining us to treat this as their home and not just a pit-stop.

THE ROOM&FLAT:
You will be sharing a spacious bathroom with Nikoletta - Kate has her own ensuite. We have a shared kitchen and living room area where you can use the TV and we have every utensil you could possibly need in the kitchen! We also have a lovely garden that a frequent stomping ground for our neighbour’s cat and the occasional fox.

**Hannah is also planning to sell the desk in the room which is a year old, in great condition and was worth £150 originally, so would be happy to sell it for £50 if the new tenant is interested. The rest of the furniture belongs to the landlord and will remain.

BILLS AND STUFF:
Our landlord needs to do a referencing check, so be aware that if you are freelance or a student of some kind you may need a guarantor (I did!). Rent is £700, council tax and water included and the rest of the bills range from £40-60 depending on the time of year (heating).
