- Stunning and clean converted 2-bed flat in Victorian house in the heart of South Ealing. The house is on a very quiet street away from South Ealing Rd.
- 2 minutes walk from South Ealing Station (Piccadilly - Zone 3) and a Sainsbury Local.
- Shops and cafes only a stone throw away (5 min walk) both on South Ealing Rd and Northfields Ave.
- TWO PARKS (Lammas and Walpole) just around the corner.
- EALING BROADWAY is only 15 minutes walk away (7-8 by bus) with a ton of shops, restaurants, cafes, 2 brand new cinemas, plus the tube station with Central and Elizabeth lines (honestly, I can't think of anything it's missing!)
- 35 minutes to Central London.

The bedroom is not the biggest, but it does have a double bed with a wardrobe and under-bed storage space. On the other hand, the flat has a large and welcoming living room with Smart TV, couches, etc. Plus there is an attic in case you need to store more stuff, and a nice little garden in the back though with no furniture yet... I'm waiting for the weather to get good and finally give me a reason to make the purchase :)

ABOUT THE FLATMATE:
My girlfriend is moving abroad temporarily for work, at least until Christmas, so I am looking to temporarily fill the second bedroom to help out with expenses.

I am a male professional who works Monday to Friday about 10-11 hours a day (plus commute) and I am looking for a professional flatmate who's tidy, clean, and most of all respectful.

Two weeks notice in case you decide to move out. Same from my side should things not work out :)

No cleaner included in the cost but it could potentially be discussed (for an extra cost to be split among us!).
