Looking for a flatmate in South Ealing!

We are two professionals in our twenties, looking for a third housemate for our flat in South Ealing, starting from late August or September!

It's about a 10 minute walk from South Ealing station (Piccadilly Line) and less than a 20 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station (Elizabeth, District and Central lines).

Our flat is a first-floor flat. There is one bathroom and a lovely shared open plan living room and kitchen. There is a garden, which we'd expect you to spend a few hours a year looking after.

There is a bigger room and two smaller rooms in the flat. We're looking for someone who can take one of the smaller rooms (the one in the pictures).

A note is that the flat will be partially unfurnished. There will be a bed in your room, but we'll need to take care of other furniture for the room and may need a couch for the living room. The plan is to all split the cost of the furniture we buy. We'll also happily help you get the new furniture in place before you move in, if that is something you'd like help with.

The council tax band is D. We're looking for either someone who is happy to pay their share of council tax, or a full-time student (who would be eligible for the council tax discount from Ealing council).

We're reasonably tidy and would like to find someone who is the same. We will both be working from home some days - we work in tech and consulting.

We'd love to find someone who we can get along with and who might be up for a meal or a trip to a gallery together every now and then, though we're both respectful people and will understand if you need some personal space.

A bit more about I-who-am-writing-the-advert: in my free time I play some piano and sing in a local choir. You can also find me going on long walks, doing some volunteering, going to a concert or exhibition, or just watching some TV. I'd say I'm somewhat nerdy and like keeping up with the newest advances in tech and current affairs.
