Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in around October 10th as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.
£925pcm (bills not included). Bills usually come to around £150pp. Council Tax Band D.
I'm looking for someone who is sociable and outgoing, and is a professional where they work outside of home (preferably, as I work from home).
A little about me - I am a Travel Consultant and in my spare time I like to go to the pub (where I also work weekends), I like to be out in nature, I cook, paint and knit. I'm sociable, and partial to a wine night but also like my own space.
The flat is in a lovely residential area just a couple minutes walk from South Ealing station and Gunnersbury Park, and a 5 minute bus to Ealing Broadway. Approx 35 minutes to get to central on the Piccadilly Line.
Our building is very friendly and we all look out for each other. The flat comes with a shared garden and a private car park with free visitor bays. It is fully furnished with a Smart TV, washing machine, kitchen facilities etc. and 2 storage cupboards.
