I’m sadly moving out of this beautiful room and am looking for someone to take it over from mid-December.

The room is very spacious and bright, with three large windows, a comfortable double bed, a desk, and plenty of storage space. The house itself has a spacious living room with a big TV and a cozy sofa, as well as a large garden that’s perfect for enjoying the warmer months.

The location is fantastic! It's less than a 10-minute walk to both South Ealing and Northfields stations (Piccadilly Line), close to nice cafés, supermarkets, and just a short bus ride (10 minutes) to Ealing Broadway. It’s also well-connected to Heathrow and central London!

You’ll be sharing this home with four friendly, respectful professionals who enjoy a clean and sociable living environment.

The new tenant will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be in full-time employment
- No couples or shared occupancy
- Be clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
- Provide references (handled by the agency)

The rent is £1,020 per month, inclusive of all bills, on a rolling contract.

There’s no deposit! Just one week’s rent upfront to reserve the room, which will be credited to your first month’s rent.
Additionally, there’s a one-off Council Tax contribution of £150 payable upon signing the contract.
