Room available to rent in a really lovely 2-bedroom terraced flat in a maisonette house in South Ealing and sharing with me. Looking for a new flatmate to share, preferably a female, since its a nice cozy all girl’s flat.

I am an Architectural Designer, currently doing a Master’s in Games Design. I’m tidy, easygoing, and love a good balance between socializing and chilling at home. I enjoy exploring London, reading, going to music festivals, and traveling. I'm looking for someone similar – clean, organized, friendly, and respectful, who’s up for the occasional chat and glass of wine, going out for pubs, chilling at home and that also values their own space.

Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and shelves.

Rent is £925/month

Bills are approx. £150 per month per person (covers gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax) . Council Tax Band D

2-bedroom flat in a victorian maisonette house

Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a lovely garden for rare sunny days in London.

8-minute walk to South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line)

10 minutes by bus to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth Line, Central & District Line) – bus stop just 1 min away

Close to Sainsbury’s, Co-op (South Ealing) , M&S, Tesco, Tkmaxx, Boots, Primark, (Ealing Broadway) and have other shops, pubs, and restaurants in both South Ealing and Ealing Broadway.
