You'll be perfectly positioned for easy travel and local convenience. A quick 10–15 minute walk gets you to South Ealing Station on the Piccadilly Line, providing direct trains to Heathrow, Hammersmith and Central London. Excellent bus links are also available across West and Central London. 🚇

Room 2: Shares a modern bathroom located on the same floor—shared with only one other housemate! 🌟
THE HOUSEMATES 👩💼👨💼
You’ll be sharing this home with four other working professionals. Since the house has just been fully refurbished and is currently empty, you and your new housemates will be the very first to move in and enjoy the fresh space! We already have two applicants moving through the process so far:
🔹 Michael (33): Works for Affinity Water. He enjoys rugby, reading, and cooking.
🔹 Robert (31): A Web Developer whose hobbies include music production, football, the gym, and watching sports, films, or TV.
We know that great chemistry is key to a happy home, so you’ll have the opportunity to meet them and every other successful applicant to ensure it’s a perfect fit before signing your contract. ⭐ 💯
THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍

We’re a boutique property company dedicated to creating homely and sociable house shares in London. We personally meet and select tenants to ensure the right house dynamic.
We are not an agency, more like a professional landlord, so there are no commissions or fees. 👏
