I am looking to rent a spare room in my house. It is a 3 bedroom house, but I live there alone and keep the other room free for family or friends to stay if needed.
The room to rent occupies the top (second floor) loft conversion. It has a queen size bed and its own ensuite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the west facing garden. It is therefore quite private, for whoever is staying there.
The house is a 5-10 minute walk to South Ealing and Northfields Tube Stations, on the Piccadilly line. The 65 bus also leaves from South Ealing Tube to Ealing Broadway (central line and Elizabeth Line). Alternatively, this can be walked in 20-30 minutes.
I am looking for a single occupant, preferably a non-smoker (it is a non-smoking house). Unfortunately, it would not be suitable for pets. The bedroom is fully furnished and has a television and mini fridge (if needed).
The house has wifi and all bills are included except council tax (Band F). A regular cleaner is also included, who currently comes every 2 weeks.
I work full-time at my work place and would be looking for someone who is also a professional and works full-time or a student who studies full-time – preferably not someone who works the majority of the time from home.
Outside of work I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym and learning languages (Spanish, Arabic and Italian).
Short term rentals are considered.
