Cosy Double Room - South Ealing - Girls Preferred

Hi everyone! We have a cosy double room available in a 3-bedroom, female house. The property includes one bathroom, two living rooms, a kitchen, laundry area, and a terrace.

We are two professionals who enjoy socialising but also respect each other’s space. We keep the house very clean (with a cleaner once a week) and maintain a lovely, comfortable living environment. We’re looking for the third female flatmate: friendly, tidy, and easy to live with.
This is not a party house.

The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Piccadilly line, with local markets and bus routes nearby. Ealing Broadway is only 15 minutes away.

About the house:

* Three bedrooms in total.

* Female-preferred household, with single occupancy per room.

* No couples, children, or pets.

* Professionals preferred (preferably aged 30+).

* Unfortunately, we cannot accept students or individuals currently receiving benefits.

* The landlord does not live in the house but owns a commercial property directly opposite and is easily reachable.

* The house is managed by the residents, and all decisions are made collectively to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s a very stable home — the current housemate moving out has been here for nearly eight years.

* There is no formal contract. If you decide to leave, at least one month’s notice is required. The departing tenant is responsible for advertising the room, and the new housemate is chosen jointly by the remaining residents.

* Council Tax is included in the rent.

* Proof of employment contract or payslip required.

** All bills are split equally between the three residents, including during periods of absence (e. g. holidays). These include:

* Weekly cleaning service.

* TV licence.

* Internet.

* Gas.
