Requirements ✏️
✅First and last month paid in advance instead of security deposit. Meaning lower move-in costs and a nice boost of cash in the final month of your stay with us.
✅ References needed, including:

• Employment contract
• Three months’ bank statements
• Proof of right to stay in the UK (share code OR British passport)

(If student, only postgraduate, with option to pay full term up front / use a UK homeowner guarantor)
