It’s just a 6-minute walk to South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line), around 25 minutes by Tube to Heathrow and Central London, a 13-minute walk to Ealing Broadway with its shops, cafés, restaurants and bars and only 3 minutes from Sainsbury’s Local.

The house has four bedrooms, a large shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious garden, perfect for enjoying the warmer months. The available room is on the ground floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair, so it’s ready to move into. All bills are included in the rent.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly, sociable professionals who are respectful and easy to get along with.

To be considered, you’ll need to be in full-time employment and be happy to go through the agency’s referencing process. Unfortunately, no couples are allowed. A holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent is required to reserve the room, which will be deducted from your first month’s rent once referencing is complete. There is also a one-off £150 contribution towards utility bills payable when signing the tenancy agreement.
