A spacious double room for rent is available in a house with 4 bedrooms, big kitchen, sitting room, 1 bathroom and a garden. Room includes a double bed, 2 built in wardrobes, chest of draws and shelf unit.
The room is available from 18th of May 2024 for a max of 3 months. Rent is £720/month including all bills, except electricity and gas bill which depends on the usage (£45-£35).
The location is brilliant as it is just over 5min min only to the South Ealing Tube Station, a couple of min bus 65 and E3.
We are looking for a friendly, respectful, tidy and responsible housemate who will share cleaning duties with other tenants. Single occupancy only.
