Hello there,

My name is Ben, and I live in this very spacious flat on 2 floors (130 square meters) with my two tenants that I call now friends. Both have lived with me for over over a year, one also two years now.
We are looking for a 3rd member to join our family as I will be moving back to Italy soon.

I am looking to rent 1 bedroom on the lower floor with 1 luxury shared bathroom (to share with one flatmate). There is an open-plan kitchen and living room. Next to it, there is a separate utility room for the cleaning tools, the washing machine, and the dryer.

From the kitchen you have access to the private garden which has just been refurbished this year and it turned out to be very nice, calming and relaxing. If someone loves gardening, this could be a perfect opportunity.

The house is fully refurbished to very high standards. It is very spacious, and we only hear great feedback. There are two bathrooms, four bedrooms, one office, one utility, and a private garden.
Anyone needing to access the Piccadilly Line could find this quiet and safe area suitable to move in to. This home is also very convenient for flight attendants or for people working in Heathrow as the tube station "Northfields" is only 10 min walk or 2 bus stops away. Brentford railway station is a 10-minute walk, which provides an easy commute to Waterloo. The Elizabeth line can be accessed in West Ealing or in Ealing Broadway.

We are looking to share this home with professional people who are clean and respectful and want this place to feel like a home and treat it like one. We are looking for a nice female/male to join our home.
We are very clean and enjoy a tidy home. If cleanliness isn't important to you, we won't be a match. Our cleaner Kasia is coming once a week for 3 hours.

This house is a gay friendly home, and females and males are welcome. We are not party animals and like our evenings sometimes together, sometimes on our own, but we are always here for each other. We are looking for someone that is not always working from home to allow everyone to have more space and privacy.
