Lovely furnished double room available in a 5 bed house in Ealing available around 28th September 2025

The room is next to the 2nd floor bathroom and has a big wardrobe on the 2nd floor landing as well

There are 4 of us at the moment, - 2 boys (Stu and Owain) and 2 girls (The Sophies). We are all professionals.

The house is on Lammas Park Road, it's walkable to Ealing Broadway (12-15 mins) and South Ealing (6-7 mins), really close to Lammas and Walpole Parks, and handy for several pubs and nice places to eat.

Its three storeys high, has a big kitchen at the back, a nice sized garden, two bathrooms and a large living room on the first floor.

As housemates, none of us knew each other when we moved in, we want a sociable person to join our group - you will be made to feel most welcome! :)

We all do our own things and have our own lives but this is a house where we all get on not just a place full of rooms and strangers. There is usually something going on in the Living Room or Kitchen.

Bills £150pm (includes household stuff and cleaner as well)

Total per month £800

The deposit will be £690

We are looking for a professional, someone clean, chilled and sociable.
