Unfurnished 2/3 bed London Fields/Victoria Park

We've lived in this great, recently refurbished flat for 4 years but are moving on in mid July. We are looking for some new tenants to move in and begin a new 12 month contract.

The flat is situated on a residential street moments away from London Fields and Victoria Park. It is within easy reach of the restaurants and bars of Broadway Market and Mare St, a 5 minute walk to London Fields overground, 10 mins to Hackney Central and 15 mins to the central line at Bethnal Green. It's served by lots of great buses including 55 (Oxford Circus), 26 (Waterloo) and 277 (Canary Wharf).

We're currently using the space as 3 bedrooms (which makes the flat really affordable for such a great location) but you may wish to use one as a living or dining room. The kitchen is large enough for a 3-person table. There is bike storage at the rear of the property.

Please note - we’ve taken a video of the flat with our belongings in but the flat is rented unfurnished (includes cooker and fridge), but we are happy to discuss what furniture we might be able to leave. We are only able to attach 9 images but can send you more on request.
