We are looking for a flatmate to join our lovely flat in Hackney South near Victoria Park village. The room is unfurnished with a beautiful sash window and high ceiling. The room also includes built-in shelving.
About the flat
Our household is made up of two creative professionals, aged 33 and 28. We've become good friends and enjoy spending time together watching TV and having dinner in the living room. However, we also value our own space. We're looking for someone who fits into this dynamic.
We both have a mix of working from home and going into the office, but we're pretty flexible about your work preferences.
Location
The house is conveniently located near a Tesco and Lidl and shops in Victoria Park village.
Homerton Overground - 10 minute walk
Hackney Central - 10-15 min walk
Tube: Mile End (Central Line) is a 10 minute bus ride away
The 425, 277, 388 and 26 bus routes operate from the bus stops next to the property connecting you to Central London, Dalston, Mile End and Stratford.
Bills are not included in the rent and council tax is band D
Logistics
The move in date should be around the 18th January
