Great double near London Fields

I’m sadly leaving my room behind and looking for someone to replace me from the 10th of May.

The house is amazing with a living room, huge garden (photos don’t do it justice!), big kitchen/dining area, a bathroom with a lovely tub and an extra separate wc.

The room in itself is really cute, with plenty of space for a double bed, desks and a yoga mat if that’s your thing. It has some inbuilt storage too. It does face the road so maybe would suit best someone who is a heavy sleeper.

You would be sharing with 4 others and they are a lovely bunch - everyone has their own schedule and routine so it never feels like the house is crowded but it’s not uncommon to catch a few drinks in the kitchen or garden if it’s nice.

The location is great, with only a 10 min walk to either Homerton or London Fields Station, and there are plenty of buses around too.

Rent is currently 810 all bills included + twice monthly cleaner but it’s due to go up in May - the flat is trying to negotiate the price down but just in case this ad is marketed as 875 (but could potentially be less!)

We are looking for someone clean, respectful and easygoing who will enjoy a chat and a laugh.
