Hi, I’m looking for a new housemate to join our home. I am happy to present a spacious, high celling double room to rent for a single occupancy in the beautiful Victoria house. The room is fully furnished with king size bed , wardrobe, chest of draws and study table. There is a nice , fully equipped kitchen with dining table to share . Location - is located in prime central London less than 5 minutes walk to Finchley Road station. So you will reach easily any part of London.
The total cost is £800/m including all the bills no extra cost.
There are two friendly people living one is young boy just graduated from university and the other is a female nurse.
We are looking for a friendly, respectful person to join at this house . This is more than a home that just a house. As we enjoy have time for chat , some wine or share cooking spending the occasional evening together.
