I am looking for a responsible, clean person to take over the final few days of my contract. I am offering the flat at a discounted price, which includes bills (council tax, water, electricity). Please note that there won't be internet available.

The neigbhourhood is lovely and well-connected with excellent transport links within 5 minute walking distance (Finchley Road station - 5min, Swiss Cottage - 5min and South Hampstead - 2min). There is a huge Waitrose next to Finchley Road station (5min) and a Tesco Express (2min). There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and other shops in immediate walking distance.
