I’m seeking a replacement tenant for my room as I’m moving back to Germany.

The room is a good-sized double in a top floor flat on a quiet residential street in peaceful South Hampstead that is amazingly bright year-round.

The room comes furnished with a large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bed with mattress and bookshelves. It has 2 large windows that get the summer evening sun.

You'll be sharing with 1 male who lives in the upstairs bedroom with an en-suite and 1 female with whom you’ll share the main bathroom. They’re both professionals with busy work and social life like you. The living room and kitchen are shared and you’ll have plenty of space in each. They’re lovely and friendly and everyone loves a chat, but we also all live our own lives and like our space and quietness at times. We keep the flat very clean and tidy.

The flat has a brilliant location. You’re a 6-minute walk to the platforms at Finchley Road underground station, 6 minutes to South Hampstead Overground, 10 minutes to West Hampstead underground and Overground, 10 minutes to Swiss Cottage underground and 12 minutes to West Hampstead Thameslink, all on foot. You’re 5 minutes away from buses on Finchley Road too. 5 minutes to a big Waitrose and 8 minutes to a Sainsbury’s superstore plus the cinema and eateries at the O2 Finchley Road. West Hampstead’s shops and bars are a leisurely 10-15 minute walk away. You can be at Baker St within 15 minutes, Oxford St within 20, Liverpool St in 25 and Canary Wharf in around half an hour door to door. The location is basically amazing, especially for the rent.

Bills aren’t included but they’re between 100 to £150 a month and include gas/electricity/council tax and fast Virgin broadband. The landlord is fantastic - no letting agents here - you’ll deal directly with him and he makes you feel that you’re looking after his flat. He will seek references from your current landlord and your employer as well as bank statements to show you can afford the rent so please, only professionals should apply.

The flat will be available as soon as you complete the paperwork, you’ll take over my lease until 1st April 2021.
