situated on a beautiful quiet leafy road in South Hampstead, this top floor flat overlooks beautiful gardens with no houses/flat immediately behind us. It had recently been renovated to a very high standard prior to us moving in and appliances are all high quality. The room itself has its own hallway, which separates off into the bedroom and a large bathroom. The door has a lock if required. The bathroom has a rainfall and overhead/handheld shower over a bath, 3 large mirrors with plenty of bathroom storage, heated towel rack, spacious, well presented and great plumbing/flushing toilet. The bedroom includes a very comfortable 1 year old bed, with a grey bedhead and comfortable mattress, a sheer and blackout curtain option and beautiful large windows overlooking gardens below. Plenty of storage/cupboard space. We have a lovely marble kitchen and living area, shared with two housemates who we have loved living with that both love to share a wine or meal, watch films, but also have their own alone time too. So it's a perfect balance. The housemates do shift work, so you will also have the place to yourself at times too. The flat includes a new washing machine and dryer, a nest (app controlled heating and alarms), a dishwasher, a large tv with chrome cast for playing music. The area is within 10 minutes walk to West Hampstead tube/overground, 5-10 minutes to Finchley Road or Swiss Cottage, or 5-7 minute walk to south Hampstead overground which is a 5 min train into Euston. We have Tesco express down the road, a large waitrose and a large sainsburys within walking distance. Plus a great high street full of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and atmosphere. Primrose hill, Regent’s Park, Hampstead and St John’s Wood are all within walking distance for parks and beautiful areas to explore. I’ll be sad to leave this beautiful flat and wonderful housemates and in fact would've happily stayed here permanently if not for a job relocation.
