Im Claire the current tenant in this gorgeous ground floor garden flat in South Hampstead. I am looking for a for a second person to share this spacious apartment with.

The flat is in a converted Victorian mansion house with access to a huge garden (around 100ft) and is shared with one other person. The double bedroom over looks the garden which is quiet and peaceful. The room has large built in wardrobes with generous storage space and can fit in a desk easily if you are working from home.

The living room and kitchen area are very spacious, we have a large dinning table, a brand new bosch cooker, fridge, microwave and dish washer. There is also a separate utility room containing the freezer, washing machine, and dryer. There is plenty of space for extra storage in the utility room, especially if you have a bike.

The bathroom has a great shower, lots of power and always hot!

Whilst the advert says no pets, the lanlord does allow cats (not that I have one at the moment!)
