You will be sharing the flat with me :) I am a professional from Spain working in law. I have been living with my current flatmate for a few years now. She is sadly (for me!) moving in with her boyfriend and so I’m looking for someone to take over her room. I am very friendly, tidy and respectful. This is not a party flat but I enjoy having people over for dinner/ drinks every now and then but always respecting my flatmate’s space.
The flat is also really well connected to Central London (Bond street and Kings Cross in 20 mins!). Ideally located at an equal 10 min walking distance to West Hampstead station (Jubilee line, overground and Thames link trains) and Finchley Road station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) along with closely located bus routes into central London. There are plenty of supermarkets, gyms and shops at a walking distance, including a large Sainsbury’s and Waitrose by Finchley Road Station and an M&S in West Hampstead. St John’s Wood/Primrose Hill and Hampstead are also at a walking distance which means large parks like Hampstead Heath and Regent’s park are only a 30 min distance.
