Room Available for Lease Transfer

I’m transfering my lease for a bright and spacious room in a friendly house share from 28th October to 24th February, with the option to stay longer if you love it here!

You’ll be living with Sam, my awesome housemate. He’s a fellow Aussie, 32, works in finance, and splits his time between the office and working from home. Sam’s laid-back, always up for a chat or a pint at the local pub, and has become a good friend of mine (we met on here a year ago!). The only reason I’m moving out is to move in with my boyfriend - the flat is a tad small for three. Sam’s unsure if he’ll stay after the lease ends, so you might get the fun of finding a new flatmate if he moves on.

The flat’s in a prime location, just a quick stroll to the tube, with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and Aldi nearby, plus tons of great restaurants. Rent is £1025, and we split bills evenly (about £150 a month). Council tax is band D.
