One spacious double bedroom available, furnished with a double bed, big three-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and bedside table. The window overlooks a private garden so it is very quiet (and you can enjoy waking up to singing birds in the middle of London!).

The room could be yours from 21st August but can be available before then (eg from 10th August) if desired.

The Flat
Large top floor flat on a beautiful residential street with three bedrooms (inc. yours), a large living room with three sofas and a dining table, a separate kitchen (with washing machine) and one bathroom.

The Area
Lovely area close to North London’s parks with great transport links, including to the London airports.

10-15 min walk to Finchley Road, where you can find a big Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, ALDI, M&S, Boots, Superdrug, 3 gyms, cinema and much more. Finchley Rd station has the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines (with Bond St just 10mins away), and the London Overground is at Finchley Road & Frognal station. National Express coaches run regularly from here to and from Stansted and Luton airports.

7 min walk to South Hampstead station, where you can get the London Overground for 10 mins to Euston. Also nearby is a Tesco Express, and a local Italian restaurant, wine bar and coffee shop.

15 min walk to West Hampstead, with tube (jubilee line), London overground & Thameslink stations, plus lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. You can also get to Brighton in c90mins on the Thameslink from West Hampstead.

In addition, you can walk to each of Primrose Hill, Regents Park and Hampstead Heath in c30 mins.

On street parking is available outside the flat with a permit. There are also bike parking shelters on the roads nearby, however we have not used these ourselves before.

The Rent
The rent is £753.33 per calendar month excluding bills - this may change slightly when the landlady reviews the contract in March. The deposit is £855.
Bills are around £180 per month per person (depending on the season) and include gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax and TV licence.

Your Future Flatmates
2 professional girls: 30 and 29 years old. We met in the flat, and love cooking, hiking, travelling, playing tennis (& other sports!), skiing, music, theatre, a good tv series, board games, and treating ourselves to dinners / drinks out.

What we are looking for
A girl (sorry guys!) who is working full time and able to provide references (for the landlady), values a clean and tidy home (cleanliness is a must as we share the one bathroom), and respects others' privacy but also enjoys chatting / hanging out together when we’re free. The environment is really friendly and we'd love to continue that way, so we are looking for someone we get along with rather than just someone to share the flat with. Strictly non-smoker, please.
