Short Term South Hampstead Studio Bills included

I am renting out my flat from now 1 June until ca. 12 July. It’s a bright and spacious room (ca. 6 m long and 5 m wide), has high ceilings and was recently renovated. Induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Bills (council tax, water, broadband, gas/electricity) are included as long as use of utilities is within reason (there's a smart meter). There is a double bed, the model is Kiteen Huonekalutehdas Notte Divan/Sofa Bed 200 cm if you want to look it up and a clothes rail. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk in shower. The area is superb. 15 minutes from the Heath. 4 minutes to the tube (Jubilee and Metropolitan). 10 minutes to Overground (South Hampstead and Finchley Road/Frognal) Waitrose, Aldi, Sainsbury’s nearby.
