My flatmate is moving out to move in with his partner - the flat is a tad small for three – so I’m looking for a new flatmate. The room available is bright and spacious, in a friendly flat share available from 24 February 2026.
The flat is in a prime location, just a quick stroll to the tube, with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and Aldi nearby, plus tons of great restaurants. Rent is c. £1,075, and we split bills evenly (about £150 a month). Council tax is band D.
You’ll be living with me (Sam) a 34yr old Aussie working in accounting/finance. I generally split my time between the office (80%+) and working from home. I’m laid-back, always up for a chat if you’re feeling social, or a pint at the local pub if that’s your thing.
