Mid 30s female professional, the room would be to share with myself (only the ensuite shower and wardrobe is shared), I will sleep in the front room, you will have the bedroom. for yourself. Also, weekends I will be away during the day at night so you will have the flat to yourself. You MUST be working or attending school during the day or WORKING nights as I work remote in the day and having space will be VERY important. NO MALE GUEST!

THE ROOM: Double room with king size bed and seating area with ensuite walk in rainfall shower and sink. and open style wardrobe to share. The toilet area is separate in the hallway with private entrance.
