Bedroom in newly renovated flat in South Hampstead

I have just renovated a flat in South Hampstead. A large bedroom is available (it is empty in the photos, but will be fully furnished). The bathroom is enormous, and there is a newly fitted kitchen/living room with a mounted TV.

It is in a converted house (one of three flats) with a beautiful façade in the front. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and parks nearby. My neighbours are also very friendly.

I am a professional, working in London. I work from home 2 or 3 days a week. I like to cook, run, watch TV, read and socialise!

I am looking for a professional of a similar age who is tidy, reliable, easy going, and sociable. I don't cook meat in my flat, so would also prefer someone who is vegetarian/pescetarian or kosher.

Bills are approximately £200/month.
