Double bedroom in modern South Hampstead flat

Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely, modern 3 bed apartment. It can be available from early August (date flexible)

The apartment is split across two floors, with balcony / bi-folding doors opening from the open plan living room / kitchen and filling the place with natural light.

The double bedroom comes unfurnished, although our current flatmate who is leaving is open to selling hers for a small fee. She has a double bed which has 4 large drawers built in and a triple wardrobe. The bedroom has been laid out in different ways over the years it’s currently in the middle of the room however previously the bed was turned the other way round and also fitted a desk & drawers in so the room can be moved around.

The bathroom features heated towel rails, a waterfall shower and bath. The bathroom is shared with just Lauren (Ellie has an en-suite).

You would be living with Ellie & Lauren. Lauren is 32, from Manchester and works in tech and Ellie is 31 from Hertfordshire, working in talent acquisition. We are really laid-back and easy to get along with and like to chill in the evenings over Netflix/Love Island and a glass of wine. We both work in the office a few days a week.

The apartment is just a 3 minute walk to Finchley Road tube station / 10 min tube to Bond Street / 20 min tube to Liverpool Street / 15-20 min walk to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Regents Park. There's a big Waitrose, Sainsbury's & Aldi just around the corner, as well as Virgin Active gym, cinema and loads of restaurants/cafes.

Rent is £909.50pm and bills come to around £240pcm including a weekly cleaner, Sky TV, internet, gas, electric, water and council tax. There will also be a small one off referencing fee of £50 when moving in. Deposit is also £1083. Contracts are dealt with through an agency, after which we only deal with the landlord who is great and quick to sort anything we need.

On-street parking is also available, permits are around £146 for the year.
