I’m looking for two new housemates to join me in a bright, well sized flat near West Hampstead/Finchley Road as my current flatmates are moving to live with their partners.

Rent:
Room 1: £1000
Room 2: £1010

Both rooms have plenty of space for WFH.
The new flatmates will share a bathroom as I have my own.
Bills will be approximately £100.

Location:
Approx 7 min walk to Finchley Road or Swiss Cottage Stations
10/15 minutes to West Hampstead overground
5 mins to South Hampstead overground

About me:
I’m 27 and Irish and have been living in London 6 years. I’m currently in my final year of a doctorate at UCL. Outside of work, I tend to spend my time meeting friends, going to the gym/concerts and all of the usual stuff!
I’ve loved living in this flat with my two friends and would love to find two people to continue to keep it a friendly, clean, and homely place to live in.

The landlord is asking for me to confirm the two new tenants before the 20th of July so I’m looking to find people relatively quickly.
