Room available in a sociable, well-located home

Hey, we’re Eddie, Billy, and Sean. We’ve lived together here for over three years (Billy for a year) 🏡 We have an amazing room available in January 2025 (exact date TBC, but we're flexible!) 🌟

*Please note the deposit is £1,300

The house features a large lounge, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, and plenty of space.

The bills are £7.50pcm for internet, £72.50pcm for council tax (band H), £15 for water and usually around £60-70pcm for electricity/gas (each for all).

A bit about us:

Sean (24) – I'm a copywriter, with a love of films and TV (Eddie and I even write a screenplay together in our spare time). Lived in London for three years, but originally from Manchester. Love exploring the city, whether it’s a museum trip or something unique. I also love football, am an avid gym goer, and can make a mean paella.

Billy (28) is an Art & Style Consultant. She’ll never say no to a dance and loves exhibitions, flea markets and a nice home cooked dinner at the flat. She’s big on keeping the house full of spirit and appreciates a positive outlook on life.

Eddie (28) is a software developer. He’s the biggest Taylor Swift fan going, and he also loves films, TV, football, and a night out. In his spare time, he’s also a tutor and plays the drums (electric don’t worry). He’s originally from Reading.

We enjoy living in a household where we’re all friends and can hang out with each other. Whether it’s watching Love Island, going out for some drinks, exploring London, or playing a board game.

We equally respect one another’s space. We’ve also hosted the occasional house party over the past few years, and our trademark karaoke room is always a hit 🎤
