Spacious room in South Hampstead

I'm looking to move out of Hampstead and so have a big room in our flat up for rent. It is on the second floor of a modern block of flats and is literally a 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage station and a 1 minute walk South Hampstead station, making central London very easily accessible. You can get to Hampstead Heath or to Regent’s Park in less than 30 mins on foot, and Paddington Recreation Ground is a 15min walk from the flat. There are also lots of shops and restaurants just seconds away from the flat, a good local coffee shop, and an Italian deli right next door.

The flat itself is spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. The room is massive - the biggest I've had in London, and gets the afternoon sun through the big windows. The flat is spacious and tidy, and laid out so that we're not on top of each other. Bills are about ~150pcm. You'd be living with two guys, Luke and Fraser, both Civil Servants who are big into sport - Fraser is an avid cyclist, and Luke plays for the local hockey team. The guys are a good laugh and are looking for someone that can fit in, and add to the vibe to make it a pleasant place to live.
