2 double rooms in South Hampstead mansion block

Two rooms are available in this beautiful first floor three bedroom flat in a South Hampstead mansion block.

Myself and my sister are moving out of this amazing flat. I’m a talent agent and have lived here for over two years, and have been very happy here. It’s a cosy and homely space and incredibly convenient, with a lovely living space and two good bedrooms. The rooms can be taken on from the end of October or sooner if you would like.

Your flatmate will be Sophie, a 26 year old nurse who is really lovely, friendly, clean and tidy (I’ve lived with her the entire time I’ve been at this flat and we’ve had a brilliant time). She’s into the outdoors, wholesome activities, animals and concerts (she’s a massive Swiftie), and loves watching a good box set.

The best fit for future housemates would be a young professional of the age of 26-34, females preferred. We’ve been incredibly lucky to have been the latest in a long line of flatmates who get on incredibly well, and Sophie is looking for two friendly, clean and tidy people to share the space with. The flat is also LGBTQ+ friendly.

Room one - smaller double - £670.
Deposit is £720.

We manage bills ourselves and each pay £140.00 per month into a shared pot, which covers heating, electricity, water, council tax (Camden), and miscellaneous household expenses.

A bit about the rooms:

Room one is a double room which is smaller but cosy, with plenty of room for a bed and a built in wardrobe space. In the photo, my sister has furnished with a super king bed but this would be swapped back to a normal sized double, so it would be more spacious than it looks.

Room two is a larger double room with two built in wardrobes with ample storage above.

Both rooms will come furnished with a bed and a chest of drawers.

The flat has a good sized, open plan kitchen and dining room space. It also has a shared bathroom with bath/shower combination unit.

We’ve always felt safe in the flat and in the area, even when walking home at night.

The flat is in an unbeatable location - it’s a two minute walk from Finchley Road tube station (Jubilee and Metropolitan line) and a nine minute walk from the overground (Finchley Road and Frognal), which will take you into central London is approx. 10 mins. There are countless buses and the flat is also a short walk from West Hampstead Thameslink. It’s also situated in walking distance from Regents Park and Hampstead Heath, with lots of cute restaurants and pubs nearby in West Hampstead, Belsize Park, and Hampstead. There’s also a big Sainsbury’s, big Waitrose, an Aldi and an M&S food within a five minute walk.

The neighbours are also really nice and are always on hand to help. There’s a good community spirit here.
