Large Room in South Hampstead/Swiss Cottage- 1 Nov

Our flatmate is looking to move out of Hampstead and so we have a big room in our friendly flat up for rent. It is on the second floor of a modern block of flats and is literally a 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage station and a 1 minute walk South Hampstead station, making central London very easily accessible. You can get to Hampstead Heath or to Regent’s Park in less than 30 mins on foot, and Paddington Recreation Ground is a 15min walk from the flat. There are also lots of shops and restaurants just seconds away from the flat, a good local coffee shop, and an Italian deli right next door.

The flat itself is spacious with large rooms and good amenities. The room is massive and gets the afternoon sun through the big windows. The flat is spacious and tidy, and laid out so that we're not on top of each other.

Bills are about ~150pcm. You'd be living with myself (Luke) and flatmate Fraser. We’re both Civil Servants who are big into sport - Fraser is an avid cyclist, and I play for the local hockey team. We’re both quite into music and cooking too, along with the occasional trip to the pub or wine bar together.

We like to keep it friendly and relaxed in the flat and are looking for someone who can fit in, add to the good vibe, and make it a pleasant place to live.
