Room to rent near Swiss Cottage/Finchley Rd

Hello all,

I am letting a double bedroom (currently serving are my office room in the photos). The flat itself is a 2 bed 1bath flat under a 5 mins walk to either Swiss Cottage / Finchley Road stations (Jubilee Line).

We’ll share a large living/dining area, the separate large and fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The room to let fits a double bed and has a wardrobe for ample storage. The room itself is very sunny, especially in the morning as it and the living room face southeast.

I’m flexible on terms to start - we could try for a month to month arrangement and then see. If it works out - definitely open to longer terms. The tenancy is set to end in July 2025 so plenty of time to see how we get along.

I’ve been living alone here for 3 years but have a lot of travel plans ahead and it just makes sense to share the place.

About me:

I work in analytics and my office is out west in Richmond. I go in 2-3x per week. I’m also a gay man, 34 years old and American.

I’m very active in terms of going out to the gym, theatre or to visit friends so I’d say you’ll find yourself with the place often. And I travel a good amount, so you will have the place to yourself occasionally.

I’m easy going, respectful of others and hope you’ll make yourself at home here too. Ideally the other person is also a working professional, with a schedule and lifestyle to suited for sharing a place :)
