Room to rent near Swiss Cottage/Finchley Rd

My name is Casey. I have a 2 bed 1bath flat near Swiss Cottage / Finchley Road Station (Jubilee Line). It has a living room and separate large and fully fitted kitchen.

I’m looking to rent out the second room (currently my office) which fits a double bed and has a wardrobe for ample storage. The flat is furnished extensively, very sunny, especially in the morning in the room available.

I’ve been living alone here for 3 years but have a lot of travel plans ahead and it just makes sense to share the place.

I’m flexible on terms to start - we could try for a month to month arrangement and then see. If it works out - definitely open to longer terms. The tenancy is set to end in July 2025 so plenty of time to see how we get along. We can certainly discuss and align on needs.

I work in analytics and my office is out west in Richmond. I go in 2-3x per week. I’m also a gay man, 34 years old and American.

I’m very active in terms of going out to the gym, theatre or to visit friends so I’d say you’ll find yourself with the place often. And I travel a good amount, so you will have the place to yourself occasionally.

I’m easy going, respectful of others and hope you’ll make yourself at home here too. Ideally the other person is also a working professional, with a schedule and lifestyle to suited for sharing a place :)
