I am looking for two housemates to live with in this beautiful South Hampstead flat which is a 20 minute walk from the Heath!! I have lived here for over 2 years now and absolutely love it.
I am a 26 year old children’s nurse, I love the outdoors (am a big Hampstead Heath girl / lido lady), concerts (I am a massive swiftie), and cooking. I am clean and tidy and have seen this flat as a proper home since moving in. I’d love to share the space with likeminded people who enjoy chit chats over coffee/tea/ insert drink here, but also happy in their own space!
We’ve managed bills ourselves and usually pay £140.00 per month into a shared pot, which covers heating, electricity, water, council tax (Camden), and miscellaneous household expenses.
A bit about the rooms:
Room one: larger double room with two built in wardrobes with ample storage above. £845/month
Room two: double room which is smaller but cosy, with plenty of room for a bed and chest of drawers with a built in wardrobe. £770/month
Both rooms come furnished with a bed and a chest of drawers.
The flat has a good sized open plan kitchen and dining room space. It also has a shared bathroom with bath/shower combination unit.
The neighbours are also really nice and are always on hand to help. There’s a good community spirit here.
The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly!!🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
