Beautiful LARGE ensuite room in friendly girl flat

After two years, I'm moving out of my beautiful ensuite bedroom in South Hampstead, and am looking for someone to replace me in mid-late January 2025.

You'll be moving in with Cicely and Victoria, both 26, and clean, friendly, and sociable flatmates.

They're keen to keep the girl-flat vibe going, and would love for you to send a little bit about yourself if you're interested!

About Cicely & Victoria

Victoria is a medical writer, and works from home about 3 times per week, and Cicely works in Compliance for a PE firm, she works from home on Fridays. Both are more than happy for someone to join who also works from home sometimes.

Neither are massive party animals but they do love to chat over a wine in the evening, and enjoy having friends over! The flat is LGBT+ friendly!

Cicely has lived in the flat for 2 years, and Victoria moved in in April—both are keen to find someone who wants to make the flat their home! Plants, board games, sharing books etc are always a big win.

About the flat

I've lived here for two years and am only moving out to live with my boyfriend—I've had an amazing time, and love the area, how well connected it is, and amazing bedroom.

It's a top-floor maisonette in a beautiful redbrick terraced house, but it does mean it's not accessible for anybody unable to use stairs.

On the top floor is a beautiful open-plan kitchen/living room with a balcony that overlooks the gardens, and downstairs are 3 double bedrooms—this room is the only ensuite, with a beautiful terracotta bathroom (and great shower pressure)! Cicely & Victoria share a communal bathroom between them.

The room has 2 built-in wardrobes, which I use as summer vs. winter wardrobes, and cupboards across the entire back wall.

It's a huge bedroom, 177 sq ft, and in great condition. All of the furniture in the bedroom is mine, so you will need to bring or buy a bed/mattress with you.

About the area

The flat is situated in a beautiful part of London!

You can walk to Hampstead Heath (30 mins) and Primrose Hill (20 mins) and there's loads of amazing restaurants in West Hampstead/South Hampstead/Finchley Road. You're also just a short walk from Queens Park with the weekly farmers market!

You're a 5-10 minute walk from:
Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line - night tube!)
Finchley Road (Jubilee Line & Met Line)
South Hampstead (Watford Junction - Euston Overground)

And a 15-minute walk from Finchley Road & Frognal, the Stratford to Richmond/Clapham Junction overground.
