Large Room in South Hampstead/Swiss Cottage

I'm looking to move out of Hampstead, leaving behind a big room up for rent in this friendly flat! It is on the second floor of a modern block of flats and is literally a 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage station and a 1 minute walk from South Hampstead station, making central London very easily accessible. Also, Hampstead Heath and Regent’s Park are both less than 30 mins away on foot. There are also lots of shops and restaurants just seconds away from the flat, a good local coffee shop, and an Italian deli right next door. Plus a few huge supermarkets just a few minutes away.

The flat itself is spacious with large rooms and good amenities. The room is massive and gets the afternoon sun through the big windows. The flat being so spacious means it's laid out so that we're not on top of each other.

Bills are about ~150pcm. You'd be living with Luke and Fraser. They're both Civil Servants who are big into sport - Fraser is an avid cyclist, and Luke plays for the local hockey team. They're both quite into music and cooking too, along with the occasional trip to the pub or wine bar together.

We like to keep it friendly and relaxed in the flat and are looking for someone who can fit in, add to the good vibe, and make it a pleasant place to live.
