Friendly Flat in Swiss Cottage / South Hampstead

Our flatmate is unfortunately moving out so we have a big room up for rent in South Hampstead / Swiss Cottage.

It is on the second floor of a modern block of flats and is literally a 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage station and a 1 minute walk from South Hampstead station, making central London very easily accessible. Hampstead Heath and Regent’s Park are both less than 30 mins away on foot, and we're about 15 minutes from Primrose Hill, West Hampstead and Belsize Park. There's plenty of shops in the vicinity and some good gym options too. We have a super nice local coffee shop and wine bar.

The flat itself is spacious with large rooms and good amenities. The room is massive and gets the afternoon sun through the big windows. The flat being so spacious means it's laid out so that we're not on top of each other.

You'd be living with myself (Fraser) and friend Luke. We both work for the Government and are big into our sports. I'm into my cycling, gym and anything else outdoorsy while Luke is an integral part of the local Hockey club! We're both into cooking and music too, along with the occasional trip to the pub or wine bar.

We're looking for someone who can add to the homely feel of the flat. We like to keep it relaxed, friendly, clean, and just a generally pleasant place to live. We both have plenty going on but like to hang out when we're in the flat too.

Move in date is from around mid-Jan onwards, but we can be a bit flexible.
