There are no common areas (except the kitchen and hallway)
So it may be that we will be passing each other and not see each other for weeks.
The flat is divided into two separate living spaces:
- 2-room apartment that is for rent
- the space that I occupy
In between, there is a hallway and a shared tiny kitchen.

Independent entrance. Access to the garden, which will be shared only by you and me.

The bed in the bedroom is narrow (90 cm) and there is no space to place a larger bed there, so you can place a larger bed in the living room yourself, if you wish.

Kitchen is tiny with a small fridge, so this is no option for someone who cooking a lot.
