The room is a very large fully furnished king-size bedroom in a spacious flat with high ceilings. The room comes furnished with a king-size bed, two wardrobes, a large chest of drawers, desk and chair, and mini-sofa.

SPACIOUS FLAT
The common rooms in our flat include a lounge, a separate large kitchen, and two bathrooms. The flat is airy and gets plenty of natural light during the day.

GREAT NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are within walking distance of 2 supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury's), 4 gyms (Virgin Active, Anytime Fitness, PureGym, Better), 2 tube lines (Jubilee Line, Metropolitan Line), 3 overland train lines (Thameslink, West Hampstead, South Hampsted), parks and open spaces (Regent's Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath), and local bars and restaurants. FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE HOUSEHOLD
You will share the flat with me and my two flatmates who are working professionals. Outside of work, we enjoy a range of interests across sports and arts - tennis, chess, photography, fitness activities, nature and outdoors, water sports, winter sports and catching up with friends over food and drinks.

We have been very successful in maintaining a calm, tidy and considerate environment in the flat that works for all, and are looking for someone who will help us continue to do this.
