Looking for flatmate in South Hampstead

Hi!

I am looking for a new flatmate starting from 2nd June.

The flat is on the top floor, has great light, and the bedrooms overlook a private communal garden which we have access to. It comes furnished and your bedroom has its own private en-suite shower room. There is also a full bath which you'd be welcome to use anytime. There is also a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. I work from home most days, and my current flatmate also does part of the time. The desk pictured is hers and she will be taking it with her, but there is enough space in the lounge for a work from home setup if that’s something you’d want.

The rent for the flat is £2,535 total, £1,267.5 each. The other bills like gas/water/council tax/wifi are about £200 a month each (Camden council tax band C).

The location is one of my favorite parts of living here. The flat is in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, minutes from shops, cafes, transit, a big Waitrose and the O2 centre, and walking distance to both Hampstead and West Hampstead.

I have absolutely loved living in this flat for the past three years! I've really made it my home and am hoping to find a flatmate who would as well. I’m 26, originally from San Francisco, California. I work in the fashion industry, and love to spend my time gardening, reading, crafting, doing yoga, and enjoying a glass of wine with an episode of Drag Race. I’m neurodivergent and need my alone time to recharge but also would enjoy spending time together when we’re both up for it!

It’s important to me that we feel compatible, so would love to have a chat at my favorite coffee shop down the road and get to know each other a bit before coming by the flat for a tour.
