Availability: 15 June
Contract: 1-year lease with a 6-month break clause
Rent: £1,000 per month
Bills: Approximately £100 per month

Small double room with under-bed storage and a decent-sized wardrobe
Comes with a super comfy king-size bed
I’m happy to leave the bedside table and chest of drawers if you'd like them
Please note: the room doesn’t comfortably fit a desk, but I currently work from the living room table – ideal for someone working hybrid

Located in a safe, well-connected neighbourhood in Swiss Cottage
5 min walk to Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee Line)
10 min walk to Finchley Road (Jubilee & Metropolitan Lines)
2 min walk to South Hampstead Overground (Lioness Line)

Near Tesco Express, with larger Sainsbury’s and Aldi at the O2 Centre on Finchley Road

Easy 10–15 minute walk to St. John’s Wood and West Hampstead, both with great cafes and bars
